Qualification: Ph.D. in Nursing.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the program.
• Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Managing faculty recruitment, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.
• Fostering partnerships with healthcare institutions to offer clinical training opportunities.
• Overseeing student admissions, academic advising, and program assessments.
• Teaching undergraduate nursing courses, particularly focusing on adult health nursing and related specialties.
• Developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
• Supervising student research projects and clinical placements.
• Engaging in research activities and contributing to high-impact peer-reviewed publications.

General Conditions:

• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience within nursing programs.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience in a leadership role (Program Director, Chair, or equivalent).
• Strong research profile with evidence of high-impact publications in the specialty.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and accreditation processes in the UAE is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a commitment to nursing education excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
