Job Summary
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Director of Dual Enrollment. The Director of Dual Enrollment will provide strategic institutional leadership for policies and procedures pertaining to Dual Enrollment in alignment with USG, Georgia DOE, GA Student Finance, and accrediting body guidelines as well as any relevant state laws. Acts as primary point of contact for faculty, staff, and students, and any campus-specific designee; representation at System-level Dual Enrollment Directors' meetings. Primary liaison with high school partners. This position is designated as a Campus Security Authority (CSA) and holds the responsibility of serving as a mandatory reporter for all Clery Act crimes.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic vision and oversight for Dual Enrollment initiatives, fostering collaboration with administrators and faculty involved in Dual Enrollment instruction.
- Monitor student progress through data reporting, database management, and regular updates to ensure academic success.
- Serve as the primary contact for Dual Enrollment operations, including faculty scheduling, engagement with high schools and district superintendents, compliance with University System of Georgia (USG) and Georgia Department of Education policies, and liaison activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate with Dual Enrollment Students throughout the academic year regarding policies, procedures, and important information etc. Handle probation and dismissal.
- Coordinate with Academic Advising to train advisors who advise Dual Enrollment students and attend Academic Advising Staff meetings to provide updates and information on Dual Enrollment. Support enrollment at off-site locations.
- Serve on the advisory boards for external instructional sites as needed.
- Assist with NightHawk Preview Days and Dual Enrollment Orientation.
- Coordinate monthly Dual Enrollment meetings; maintain regular communication with units internal and external to UNG.
- Maintain and update Dual Enrollment website and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Minimum of three years of experience in Dual Enrollment programming or student support at the secondary or postsecondary level.
- One year supervisory and/or leadership experience required.
- Dual Enrollment guidelines knowledge is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience presenting at high school Dual Enrollment events preferred.
- Experience developing and presenting Dual Enrollment orientations preferred.
- Marketing of dual enrollment through various modalities preferred.
- Experience with GA Futures preferred.
Proposed Salary
Minimum starting salary $ 78,641
