Establish annual recruitment, application, admission, yield,
and enrollment goals in collaboration with the Dean of Enrollment
Management and academic leadership.
Analyze enrollment trends, market conditions, competitor
activity, and program demand to identify growth opportunities.
Develop strategies for new student populations, geographic
markets, and emerging graduate offerings.
Provide regular enrollment forecasts, progress reports, and
recommendations to senior leadership.
Graduate Program & Campus Partnerships
- Serve as the primary enrollment management partner for graduate
programs Work collaboratively with academic units to develop
enrollment plans for individual graduate programs
- Provide academic leaders with market, applicant, and enrollment
data to support program planning and recruitment decisions.
- Build strong relationships across academic and administrative
units to promote shared accountability for graduate
enrollment.
Additional duties:
- Creating and implementing recruitment and enrollment strategies
to optimize University enrollments and provide leadership on
policies and procedures relevant to admissions.
- Research relevant, up-to-date, and emerging trends in
marketing, recruitment, and retention that reflect the latest
research and thinking in the area of enrollment management and
growth
- Manage the admissions operational budget and allocate resources
effectively to maximize recruitment outcomes
- Collaborating with marketing, academic deans, program chairs,
and other university faculty and staff to align recruitment and
marketing efforts with academic capacity.
