The State University of New York (SUNY) college at Canton invites qualified applicants for a full-time Director of Health Center Operations position beginning as soon as possible. Position will remain open until filled. This is a 12-month position.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Duties

The Director of Health Center Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the SUNY Canton Davis Health Center. This role is responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations, supervision and management of medical and administrative staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and satisfaction, monitoring budgetary compliance and oversight, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and quality control standards. The Director ensures that the Davis Health Center meets the evolving needs of a diverse student population and promotes a culture of health, wellness, and inclusivity. This position collaborates with campus partners in Student Affairs, including the Counseling Center, and reports to the Vice President for Student Affairs & Dean of Students.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in above listed or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration.
