  • Oversee day-to-day HRIS operations, including system administration, data maintenance, reporting, issue resolution, workflow improvements, access controls, and coordination with technical and functional partners.
  • Serve as a key HR functional leader in the implementation of a new enterprise HCM system, collaborating with counterparts across Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Information Technology, and other departments to coordinate deliverables, resolve issues, and support implementation readiness.
  • Coordinate and oversee timely, comprehensive system testing, including development and execution of test plans, validation of results, documentation and escalation of defects, and confirmation that identified issues are resolved and retested.
  • Oversee HR data conversion and validation activities, partnering with functional and technical teams to verify data accuracy, completeness, and integrity before system deployment.
  • Evaluate proposed HCM configurations, workflows, controls, and design options; provide well-reasoned, operationally sound recommendations that balance user needs, compliance, internal controls, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
  • Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and outstanding decisions within the HRIS scope; communicate progress and escalate concerns proactively to support timely implementation.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and organizational partners to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting and analytics, and enhance the employee and manager experience.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation, business procedures, data quality controls, and system security practices; support audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead HRIS-related change management activities, including communication, training, user support, and transition to stable post-implementation operations.
