Director of Institutional Research
General Description
The Director of Institutional Research provides leadership, oversight, and coordination for the research and data functions of the College. The position ensures data integrity and accuracy, while also providing data analysis to support evaluation, planning, and management decisions which advance the college in accord with its mission and strategic goals. The position prepares reports critical to strategic planning, policy analysis, institutional performance assessment, and regional accreditation. The position prepares and certifies all mandatory state and federal reports.
Requirements
This position requires a minimum of an Associate's degree in mathematics, statistics, social science, computer/information systems, education, or business administration. This position requires five years of full-time work experience in a information technology, research, institutional effectiveness, or assessment related field. This position requires experience managing multiple, diverse projects, as well as experience designing or developing data reports. Experience with Banner, Argos, and statistical software is desired. A criminal background check required.
