Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, expertise in brand awareness, lifecycle marketing, AI-driven engagement, and data analytics, ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive revenue growth.
Must work on-site in Cambridge, MA at least 2 days per week (increasing to 3 days per week in Sept. 2025).
Salary range: $125,000 - $163,200, final salary determined by MIT’s compensation team based on the skills and experience of the person hired.
