Overview:
Quinnipiac University's Department of Athletics invites
applications for a Director of Player Development, Men's Basketball
to assist with the overall development of the men's basketball
student-athletes on and off the court. To assist with the overall
development of the men’s basketball student-athletes on and off the
court in player workouts and student-athlete mentoring.

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity and work
in compliance with all University, NCAA and Metro Conference rules
and regulations.
- Work in conjunction with the men's basketball staff and
athletic administration to mentor student-athletes on and off the
court
- Attend all men’s basketball practices and games. On-court
instruction as needed
- Assist with special projects and other tasks/duties as
requested by coaching staff.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience preferably at a NCAA Division I
institution or professional sports organization
- An understanding of NCAA rules and regulations
- Effective communication and organizational skills, including
experience working in the sport of basketball
- Communication effectively across various stakeholders
- Valid Driver's License
