other retention and recruitment programs.
Develop and implement innovative retention and recruitment
initiatives to support student success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- An earned Master’s degree in Student Affairs or related field
by start date.
- 5 years of professional experience working in Student
Affairs.
- Experience with supervision of full-time staff.
- Experience with university program oversight.
- Experience managing a budget
- Experience training college students for campus
employment.
- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of
hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience leading New Student Orientation programs and new
student programs for university.
- Experience leading student activities programs and related
services.
- Knowledge of website development.
- Experience with the assessment of learning and program
evaluation.
