About the role

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Director of Student Recruitment to join our senior leadership team with the Student Recruitment & Admissions division. In this strategic role, you will lead the development and execution of the university’s recruitment strategy, driving the growth and diversity of our student body. You will oversee a high-performing team, working closely with key stakeholders across departments to enhance our outreach, streamline processes, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for shaping the future of student recruitment, leveraging data and insights to make informed decisions and ensure alignment with institutional goals. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader to play a central role in shaping the next phase of growth for our inst itution. Please note that this role requires travel of 4-6 weeks per year, allowing you to build relationships and enhance our recruitment efforts globally.

About you

You are an accomplished, strategic leader with significant experience in higher education, particularly within student recruitment and admissions. With significant senior leadership experience within student recruitment settings, you have a strong track record of driving enrolment growth, leading high-performing teams, and implementing innovative solutions to meet organisational objectives. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making, combined with your ability to inspire and engage diverse teams, will be key to your success. You thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and excel at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on long-term goals. Additional Information
