Job Summary

The Director of Student Success and Advising participates in the overall leadership and management of College of Education advising. Incumbent leads a team of professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive access and retention support services for prospective and current students participating in College of Education academic programs. The incumbent will promote practices that help position the Student Success Team to identify and meet students' needs, match students to campus resources, and amplify students' assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive, holistic, and culturally responsive student advising and support services in the College of Education to enhance the academic, personal, and career success of current and prospective students. Collaborate with other college and university units to coordinate efforts in maximizing student success.
