Master's degree in public health, healthcare administration, or other relevant field. Six to nine years of relevant experience in the public health field. Demonstrated experience directing or managing a multi-faceted program, preferably in academia. Supervisory experience, with ability to manage others and work well in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills. Strong reasoning, judgment, decision-making, analytical, and advocacy skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with scientists, clinicians, administration, and community members/representatives. Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines. Preferred Qualifications - Doctoral degree preferred.
- Some prior experience with Cancer Center Support Grants is desired.

DescriptionPartnership Development:Develops strong and effective relationships and partnerships with DCC faculty, clinicians, and community members and organizations. Conducts periodic benchmarking, as warranted and appropriate, with other NCI-designated comprehensive cancer centers' Community Outreach and Engagement initiatives.
