Compensation Details: Starting Pay - $89,100; Commensurate with education and experience

Work Hours: The work schedule for this position consists of four weekdays (to be determined based on operational needs and assigned in coordination with the supervisor), along with a Saturday shift from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekday hours will generally be structured to support evening course coverage, and all hours may be adjusted based on course scheduling and the needs of the campus.

Job Summary: This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for Tarrant County College’s (TCC) Connect accelerated learning initiatives, including weekend college and compressed-term formats. This position oversees program administration, including course scheduling, faculty teaching assignments, budget management, and coordination of program-related events and activities each semester. Additionally, this role serves as the designated evening and weekend campus administrator, ensuring continuity of academic operations, student support, and campus services during extended operating hours.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Performance Requirements include directing course scheduling and faculty assignments, collaborating on program development, serving as evening/weekend administrator, managing budgets, supervising staff and faculty, coordinating marketing, partnering on student engagement, facilitating communication, and developing data-informed reports.

General Supervision and Management and Service Excellence duties also apply.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and five (5) years’ working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
• Three (3) years of experience supervising direct reports

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree
• Experience with online/hybrid programs, accelerated programs, or teaching online in higher education
