The Director, Pathways plays a critical role in supporting students academic progression through academic, transfer, and workforce by developing and managing instructional support structures, credit-bearing opportunities, and workforce-aligned programs. Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications- Required
- Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution, required.
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Academic Affairs, curriculum development, student success initiatives, academic pathways, or related fields, including leading student success initiatives or curriculum design or academic program design, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives with faculty, staff, academic administrators, and external educational partners, required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a community college or with community college student populations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Guided Pathways principles and their application across academic programs, transfer, workforce education, continuing education, and student progression.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- developing or supporting academic pathways, transfer pathways, or workforce pathways, or
- dual enrollment, secondary partnerships, or academic articulation agreements, or
- Credit for Prior Learning (CPL), alternative credentials, stackable credentials, or continuing education integration.
