You will
- lead and deliver projects that bring the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan to life, enhancing accessibility, equity, and compliance across the University;
- build strong, collaborative partnerships with students, staff, and external stakeholders to co-design initiatives and embed inclusive practices; and
- drive awareness and cultural change through engaging communications, events, and activities that strengthen the University’s commitment to equity and inclusive learning.

You’re motivated by seeing your work translate into a more inclusive, welcoming, and empowering environment for everyone at UniSC.
You will possess:
- Solid knowledge of disability legislation, frameworks, and accessibility best practice, with a focus on higher education or comparable settings.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver projects that improve access, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience engaging with people with lived experience of disability to co-design, implement, and evaluate initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence, and collaborate across diverse groups.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, including experience in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- A genuine commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and applying universal design principles in education or organisational contexts.
Desirable
- Experience in higher education or large, complex organisations.
- Knowledge of universal design for learning, inclusive teaching practices, or accessible ICT systems.
- Formal training or certification in project or change management, such as PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP.
- Lived experience of disability.
