Minimum Qualifications Education & Experience Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapist education
  program
• A terminal physical therapy degree (DPT) or a physical therapy degree with an academic terminal degree (PhD, EdD, DHSc). All
  degrees must be earned from an accredited institution.
• Should be licensed or eligible for licensure in Nebraska
• Member of
  the American Physical Therapy Association
• Prior teaching experience in a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant
  education program
• Board-certified clinical specialists or clinical physical therapy residency graduates (i.e., acute care,
  cardiovascular and pulmonary) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist
• Able to work with
  students with special needs based on the Americans with Disabilities Act
• Prior teaching experience in distance education
  preferred
