Doctoral Thesis Supervisors in Business & Management Studies

Due to a growing number of PhD students, Unicaf seek to recruit qualified PhD Thesis Supervisors for full-time and part-time collaboration across a wide range of Business disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise doctoral candidates’ research projects in Business and related fields, primarily in asynchronous mode.
• Guide students in developing research proposals, methodologies, and scholarly writing.
• Provide detailed, constructive, and timely feedback on submitted work.
• Mentor candidates in preparing for progression reviews and doctoral examinations.
• Serve as examiner for doctoral theses when required.
• Support students in preparing research outputs for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
• Facilitate candidates’ professional development, including conference presentations and networking.
• Maintain accurate supervision records, progress reports, and examination documentation.
• Contribute to asynchronous online teaching in doctoral-level taught modules.

About You

• A Doctoral degree in Business or closely related fields.
• Proven experience in supervising doctoral and/or master’s theses.
• A strong record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Experience in online teaching is desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and IT skills (e.g., Moodle, MS Office).
• High proficiency in English.
• A collegial, flexible, and student-centred approach.
