Position Purpose

The Dartmouth Peak Performance (DP2) Sports Dietitian provides comprehensive sports nutrition services to varsity student-athletes and teams, and the wider undergraduate student body through the Teevens Center. This is an Athletics-based position reporting to the Director of Sports Nutrition with a dotted line to the Teevens Center Director and will contribute to advancing two key pillars: 1. Elevating the competitiveness of Dartmouth Athletics 2. “DP2 for All” – extending peak performance principles across campus.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition or health related field.
• At least three years of nutrition experience in a competitive athletic or tactical environment.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of New Hampshire within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in nutrition, exercise science or related field.
• Board certified specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD).
• Previous nutrition experience in an NCAA DI institution.
