In addition to duties as a driver the position also has the
following duties and responsibilities:
- Ensures the campus presents a favorable impression
- Prepares grounds for assigned activities
- Makes sure plants are free of disease and insects, applying
chemicals as needed.
- Keeps the ground clear of debris
- Ensures grounds are clear and safe during inclement
weather
- Monitors equipment for optimal performance, reporting
malfunctions, breakages to the supervisor.
- Maintains KCU vehicles, washing cars, delivering cars for minor
preventive maintenance services, taking vehicle in for repairs,
performing detail cleaning
- Helps with office and department moves
- Assists with special events
- Contributes to the team effort by performing related duties as
needed or assigned
- Represent department and the University favorably and in
accordance with established Core Values and expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed to meet the goals
and objectives of the organization
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's license
- Class E License preferred
- Neat and professional appearance
- Excellent Driving Record
- High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
