Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in child development, education, or a related field; two year's experience teaching or planning and directing a children's educational or service program, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); demonstrated human relations skills; and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required. Master's degree preferred. Preferences Prior experience in Early Childhood Education, and a demonstrated interest in learning about and providing the highest quality of care and meeting the emotional and physical needs of young children.
