About You
You are a motivated and learner-focused professional with a strong understanding of Early Years practice and a passion for supporting individuals to achieve their full potential. Confident in communicating at all levels, you build positive relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues, adapting your approach to meet diverse needs and changing priorities. You bring experience of delivering or assessing within apprenticeship or vocational programmes, with a proven ability to support learner progress, retention, and achievement while maintaining accurate, compliant records. Organised and reflective in your practice, you are committed to continuous professional development and delivering high-quality learning experiences. You are flexible, willing to travel, and comfortable working across different settings, using your initiative to manage workloads and respond effectively to programme demands.
