Research Associate in Pain, Autism and Digital Health

THE ROLE
To support and lead the delivery of qualitative, quantitative and patient and public involvement (PPI) components of a funded mixed-methods feasibility study. The Research Associate will lead participant recruitment and consent, conduct qualitative interviews with autistic individuals, coordinate co-design workshops with the PPI steering group, and support Phase 2 feasibility data collection, contributing to the development of an autism-adapted digital self-management intervention for headaches.
ABOUT YOU
- PhD (awarded or near completion with thesis submitted) in a relevant discipline (e.g. health sciences, psychology, public health, allied health, or related field).
- Experience of conducting qualitative research, including semi-structured interviews and qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Experience of working with autistic individuals and/or neurodivergent populations or those with communication differences in research, clinical, or applied health contexts.
