ECI Data & Systems Specialist (Administrative Program Specialist)

and processes student application and enrollment information, monitors key performance indicators, prepares reports and program documentation, and produces customized certificates. The position works with university systems including Banner, Slate, Google Workspace, Canva, and Canvas to ensure timely, accurate information and effective implementation of program objectives. This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to independently manage assigned responsibilities while maintaining consistent communication with ECI staff and meeting established deadlines. The successful candidate will bring strong attention to detail, sound judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting confidential student information. This is a part-time, limited-duration position that is contingent upon continued grant funding.
