The Role

The Faculty of Science, Agriculture and Engineering (SAgE) is seeking to appoint a proactive Education Assistant to join the SAgE Faculty Professional Services team based within the School of Engineering. The role is based at our Newcastle city centre campus providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of degree programmes.

Working as part of the Education Team in The School of Engineering, the postholder will contribute to the successful delivery of an excellent student and colleague experience. You will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the school's taught programmes where you will support students, academic colleagues, and education committees.

We are looking for someone with skills in:

• Communication and customer-service
• Organisation and prioritisation
• Confident using administrative systems and software
