teaching assistants, monitor Teaching Assistant (TA) adherence to grading policies and deadlines; assist Gen Chem Lab Supervisor and TA training coordinator with the training and mentoring of graduate students, undergraduate students and staff teaching assistants; develop ongoing TA training materials; manage and facilitate staff meetings; assist with responding to inquiries regarding Gen or Org Chem courses; other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED. 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience is required.

Desired: Bachelor's Degree with a Major in chemistry or biochemistry. Previous teaching experience in a university setting.

Additional Information:

The pay range for this job profile is $20.24 - $26.44. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, the unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
