Essential Duties Summary:

• Performs maintenance on electrical as required.
• Performs electrical repair maintenance, informing supervisor of problems and issues as they develop.
• Carries out electrical repair as provided.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

% FTE: 1.0

Hiring Range: $15.50 - $19.76

Education: Some college or Associate degree (A.A.) and/or vocational or technical school and/or specialized training or certification.

Required Licensing/Certification: Journeyman Trade License (Electrical). Valid Texas Driver’s License preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of:

• Policies, procedures, and practices.
• Requires some seasoning and experience beyond the entry level to conduct moderately complex work.
• Demonstrates general competence and growing knowledge and understanding of the overall function or discipline.
• Corrective complex electrical repair.

Work Experience: Three (3) years previous electrical repair experience, including one (1) year experience in plant operations.

• Work a fluctuating work schedule.
