This PhD project focuses on emotional intelligence, executive performance, and leadership effectiveness. Potential research topics include emotional intelligence across cultures, executive self-awareness, resilience, leadership development, decision-making under pressure, coaching, psychological safety, and the relationship between emotional capabilities and organizational outcomes.
The project is especially relevant for HR leaders, executive coaches, leadership development professionals, consultants, managers, and senior executives who want to develop scholarly expertise in leadership and human performance.
Research may include qualitative interviews, psychometric tools, survey research, leadership case studies, or mixed methods. Cross-cultural or international studies are particularly encouraged.
