Engagement Coordinator
Job Summary
This position serves as an Engagement Coordinator within the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Access and Engagement and provides professional and operational coordination campus and community engagement efforts. This role contributes to the implementation of engagement processes by serving as a primary point of contact for engagement-related requests and facilitating meaningful connections between existing campus programs/initiatives and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
Engagement Intake & Relationship Support – 30%
- Serve as a primary point of contact for engagement-related requests and inquiries.
- Decern, analyze and triage engagement requests.
- Track and document engagement requests and connections.
Engagement Systems & Data Coordination – 30%
- Analyze engagement tracking data and partnership records.
- Synthesize engagement data into summaries and reports.
- Support discovery and administration of engagement tracking system.
- Maintain engagement tracking systems including databases and CRM.
Program & Meeting Coordination – 25%
- Contribute to planning efforts for engagement activities.
- Coordinate logistics for engagement activities.
- Evaluate engagement activities and processes.
Operational Coordination and Stakeholder Support – 15%
- Coordinate communication and follow-up with partners.
- Discern and discuss complex health-related topics.
- Track action items and deliverables.
Work Location
Hybrid – 3 days per week on campus.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field.
- One year of professional experience supporting community engagement or partnership activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data tracking or CRM systems.
- Experience coordinating projects or events.
- Second-language proficiency.
