Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about ensuring high-quality service delivery in a complex estate environment? We are seeking an Engineering Contracts Coordinator to join our dynamic Contract Management team within the Estates Division.
This role is pivotal in supporting the operational management of over 370 buildings across the university, with a maintenance spend exceeding 25 million annually. You will coordinate engineering service contracts, liaise with suppliers, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage engineering service contracts (e.g., HVAC, fire protection).
- Monitor contractor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and statutory compliance.
- Collaborate with Procurement on tendering and contract renewals.
- Track contract expenditure and support budget preparation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Deliver contract-related training to internal stakeholders.
About You
You will bring:
- Experience in contract coordination, facilities administration, or supplier management.
- Knowledge of facilities management, building maintenance, and compliance.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in CAFM systems and document management tools.
