We welcome candidates with strong teaching profiles in systems engineering. The systems three-course sequence that all Engineering students take is Linear Systems, Numerical Methods/Control Theory, and Introduction to Digital Signal Processing. Each capstone design project begins with a student team constructing its system diagram.

This position involves teaching undergraduate engineering systems and core engineering courses.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience: The candidate will have an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering at the time of appointment. Candidates for the position must demonstrate clear potential for excellence in teaching and student mentorship. The candidate must be willing to support the mission of Loyola University Chicago and the goals of a Jesuit, Catholic education.
