Job Responsibilities
To build an active pool of qualified applicants, Trident Technical College accepts applications for adjunct faculty. The English, Speech, and Journalism Department invites applications for English Adjunct Instructor positions starting Fall for the 2025- 2026 academic year.
Instructors will teach Freshman Composition and Introduction to Literature classes in a traditional face-to-face classroom setting. Classes are conducted on all TTC campuses and at local high schools.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
To qualify for these positions, applicants require an earned master's degree in English OR a master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in English at the 500 -level or higher. Adjunct faculty positions require the submission of unofficial transcripts with the application.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior teaching experience is desirable. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
