02 Requirements 要求

(1) PhD in relevant fields for Foreign Experts. 外籍专家需是相关领域的博士学历专家。

(2) Speciality teachers requires a doctoral degree. Bachelor degree or above for football coach. 专业课外教需是博士学历，足球专业外教学历本科及以上。

(3) Language foreign teachers must be native speakers; Bachelor degree or above. 语言类外教需来自母语国家；语言类外教学历本科及以上。

(4) Less than 60 years old, with at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience. ESL, TESOL, OR TEFL holders preferred. 60岁以下，至少2年相关工作经历。ESL、TESOL或TEFL证书持有者优先。

03 Employment Period 聘期

The first year is to sign a one-year contract, which will be adjusted based on specific conditions in the later stage. 第一次先签一年合同，后期根据具体情况调整。

04 Responsibilities 工作职责

(1) Teaching relevant subject courses according to the teaching plan; 根据教学计划教授相关课程；

(2) Cooperate with teaching institutions to carry out prescribed teaching and research activities. Assist teaching institutions to carry out curriculum development, teaching training and other professional construction works. 与教学机构合作定期开展教学和科研活动；协助教学机构开展课程开发、教学培训等专业性建设工作；

(3) Instruct and encourage students to participate in professional competitions, and obligatorily participate in professional-related extracurricular activities. 指导和鼓励学生参加专业比赛，并参加与专业相关的课外活动。
