Responsibilities:

Teaching academic listening, speaking, reading, and writing at various levels in preparation for the Duolingo, TOEFL, or IELTS exam.
Contributing to the development of curricula, assessments, and teaching materials to ensure high standards of English language education
Actively participating in department meetings or program support activities as needed

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

A bachelor degree or above in TESOL, TEFL, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, or a related field
Ideally minimum 3 years of experience teaching English at the college/university level
Experience in one or more of the following areas: curriculum development, EAP, ESP for STEM, assessment, teacher training, academic writing and communication, English medium instruction, educational technology
Experience teaching overseas is highly desirable
For applicants with a doctorate degree, evidence of research publications in the field of English language education

Benefit package provided:

Salary: Salary will be finally determined by the university based on level of qualifications and years of experience, and it can reach 35,000 yuan including class hour fees
Housing: Free accommodation is provided: Apartment area of 80 m² (two bedrooms with one living room, kitchen and bathroom), within walking distance to the campus.
Housing facilities: Fridge, washing machine, TV, Computer, crockery & cutlery, Induction cooker & rice cooker, bedding, internet
Air Fare: An international round-trip air ticket to your hometown
Insurance: Group accident insurance within China provided (for serious injuries)
