Open Position:

• English Language Instructor (Native English Speakers Only)

What We’re Looking For:

1. Academic Background:
   • A bachelor’s degree or higher in education, linguistics, or a related field is essential (official transcripts required).
   • Must be a native English speaker.
2. Teaching Experience:
   • A minimum of two years of English teaching experience is required, with preference given to those with experience in international schools or overseas institutions.
   • Recent graduates with TESOL/TEFL certifications will also be considered.
3. Required Documentation:
   • A valid passport and a clean criminal record are mandatory.
   • Must meet the requirements for obtaining a Chinese work permit for foreign nationals.
4. General Requirements:
   • Applicants should typically be under 60 years of age.
   • Must be in good physical health.

What We Offer:

1. Competitive Salary:
   • Bachelor’s Degree: RMB 12,000 per month (pre-tax).
   • Master’s Degree: RMB 13,000 per month (pre-tax).
   • Doctoral Degree: RMB 15,000 per month (pre-tax).

Responsibilities:

• Teach 16-18 hours per week, including two hours of cross-cultural teaching and research.
• Deliver one cultural lecture per academic year (lecture outlines must be submitted for prior review).
• Participate in university-organized teaching, research, and cultural exchange events.
