Applicants must pass the requirements specified in Article 113 of the Polish Law on Higher Education of 20 July 2018 (published in the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland, Dz. U. no 1571 from 2024 with later changes) and meet the following requirements:
- a Master's degree or an equivalent higher education qualification in English Philology, Applied Linguistics, Linguistics, or a related discipline;
- a high level of proficiency in English, corresponding to at least C1/C2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR);
- demonstrated teaching experience in English language instruction; experience in higher education will be considered an advantage;
- proven ability to design, prepare, and deliver high-quality English language classes for university students;
- sound knowledge of contemporary approaches, methodologies, and techniques in English language teaching;
- competence in the effective use of modern educational technologies and digital tools to support and enhance the teaching and learning process;
- ability and willingness to work collaboratively as part of an academic team and to cooperate with the academic staff of the Department of English Philology;
- availability – performing work within the times stipulated in the schedule.
