Full-time foreign Language teachers needed in the College of Foreign Studies, Hubei Normal University, Huangshi City, Hubei Province, China

Starting Date: Sep. 2024 or negotiable;

Location: Huangshi City, Hubei Province;

Position: Full-time English Language Teacher; Full-time Japanese Language Teacher;

Job Description:

1. 10 months’ contract (may be renewed);
2. 16-20 periods of teaching a week (45 mins a period);
   • English Language Teacher:
     • Oral English for English majors
     • Academic English for staff members
   • Japanese Language Teacher
     • Oral Japanese for Japanese majors
     • Basic Japanese Writing for Japanese majors
3. Involvement in cultural activities

Benefits:

1. Salary:
   • RMB 13000/Month for PhD holders;
   • RMB 10000/Month for Master’s Degree holders;
   • RMB 8000/Month for Bachelor’s Degree holders;
2. Winter and summer vacation allowances: RMB1100
3. Free furnished apartment with necessary appliances provided by the University or RMB2000 house allowance per month;
4. Reimbursement of international flight tickets after completion of the contract;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above; Major in Linguistics/Education is preferred;
2. At least 2 years of language teaching experience with language teaching certificates (TESOL, TEFL, etc.);
3. Native speakers;
4. Knowledge of Chinese culture is preferred;
