About

The School of Foreign Languages of Tongling University is one of the longest-established departments in the university. It currently offers two undergraduate programs: English and Business English.

Under the school, there are five Teaching and Research Sections, namely the English Major Teaching and Research Section, the English (Normal Education) Major Teaching and Research Section, the Business English Major Teaching and Research Section, the First College English Teaching and Research Section, and the Second College English Teaching and Research Section. In addition, it has the “Anhui Spanish Training Center”. The school undertakes the tasks of subject teaching and educational management within itself, as well as public foreign language teaching for the entire university.

The school has established close cooperative relationships with many universities at home and abroad. It jointly cultivates faculty members and regularly selects teachers to visit or pursue further studies in universities at home and abroad. It participates in the university’s joint educational programs with Handong Global University (South Korea), University of Bridgeport (USA), North American University (USA), University of Regina (Canada), University Canada West (Canada), and University of Sunderland (UK), and carries out cooperative projects such as short-term exchanges and credit transfer.

Job Description

• 1）Teaching English courses to undergraduate students
• 2）Full-time Teaching position, 22 teaching hours per week. Office hours are not required.
• 3）The contract will be for a period of 1 year.

Job Requirement

• 1）English Native level speakers below 60 years old.
• 2）Holders of Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3）A minimum of 2 years full-time teaching experience required
