English Language/EAP Teachers Recruitment

The Hainan International College of Communication University of China is a strategic initiative that will elevate the university to the ranks of an international top-tier institution. The College was established in 2020 and is responsible for coordinating the university’s Sino-foreign cooperation in Hainan. The college leverages its location at the Hainan Free Trade Port to capitalize on the advantages of international media higher education. Disciplinary and professional layouts are being developed around artificial intelligence and e-sports. To further enhance the English teaching level of the college and effectively improve students’ English proficiency and cross-cultural communication skills, we are recruiting two foreign academic English teachers from home and abroad.

Position: English Language/EAP Teachers (Full-time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 16 teaching hours per week, with each teaching hour equating to 50 minutes of instruction. Additionally, you are required to complete 8 hours of office counseling.
2. Develop course outline and teaching plans aligned with curriculum requirements, and design appropriate examination schemes.
3. Maintain accurate records of student progress, evaluate teaching effectiveness, and provide written feedback as required.

Qualifications:

1. No criminal record. Should comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
2. Master’s degree or higher. (Preferably in education, English, linguistics or related major.)
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA certification or equivalent.
4. Ideally has at least two years of full-time experience teaching English, with a preference for those with college teaching experience.
5. Organizational and communication skills, interpersonal skills, stress tolerance, and teamwork skills. *Alternative qualifications and experience on the merits will be considered as well.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Attractive salary and benefits（RMB 180k-250k/year）.
