Job Description
The role of a Foreign English teacher is to help our students speak English and improve English practical skills. Those responsibilities include preparing lessons and lesson material, teaching young adult students, holding counseling sessions, assisting colleagues, maintaining records, writing progress reports, etc.
Position Overview
- Teach students speaking courses according to the teaching plan.
- Prepare reports in compliance with school guidelines;
- Instruct and encourage students to participate in professional competitions, and obligatorily participate in professional-related extracurricular activities
- Other essential duties as needed.
Application Conditions
- Native English speaker
- Under 60 years old, with at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience /TEFL/TESOL
- IELTS training experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Essential)
Benefit Package
- Annual income
- Basic salary: 84,000/96,000/108,000 RMB (decided by highest degree; there are 16 classes/per week with a total of 16 weeks for one semester compulsorily)
- Overtime pay: 200RMB/ per extra Class hour (45mins)
- Paid holidays:
- National Holiday: 18 days/Year (Paid Leave)
- Summer Holiday: 38 days/Year (Basic salary Paid Leave)
- Winter Holiday: 38 days/ Year (Basic salary Paid Leave)
