Job Description

The role of a Foreign English teacher is to help our students speak English and improve English practical skills. Those responsibilities include preparing lessons and lesson material, teaching young adult students, holding counseling sessions, assisting colleagues, maintaining records, writing progress reports, etc.

Yantai Nanshan University is invested and established by the large private enterprise-Nanshan Group. The university is located in the emerging coastal city, Longkou, Yantai, Shandong Province. It has two campuses of Nanshan and Donghai at present.

Nanshan campus is close to a national 5A scenic spot – Nanshan Scenic Spot; while Donghai campus is situated at the Bohai Coast Forest Park.

The university is equipped with modern library, high-standard stadium, swimming pool, college student’s activity center and other service facilities.

Teach college students oral English, 16 classes per week. Salary is 6,000 – 8,000 CNY /Month; 20 weeks per semester; There is an apartment for every foreign teacher free of charge; 12 months salary, yearly air ticket allowance and travel allowance offered.

Qualification

1. Native English speakers.
2. Under 60 years old.
3. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
4. Major in English/Linguistics/Education is preferred.
