1. Language Expertise: Native English proficiency with superior command in both oral and written communication.
2. Pedagogical Experience: Demonstrated teaching expertise with a minimum of two years in English instruction, adept at catering to diverse learner demographics.
3. Academic Credentials: Possession of a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant educational discipline.
4. Health & Resilience: Maintains a robust physical and mental constitution, adaptable to multicultural professional settings.
5. Professional Disposition: Exhibits accountability, effective interpersonal communication, and collaborative teamwork ethos.
6. Workload Expectation: Availability to deliver 16 teaching hours per week as part of the contractual obligation.

Remuneration & Benefits:

1. Competitive Salary: Offers a lucrative monthly compensation starting from 12,000 RMB, commensurate with qualifications and pedagogical experience.
