About the Role
The Strategic Alliances Coordinator position is responsible for providing support to the Business Development and Industry Engagement team. This role involves assisting with outreach initiatives and projects that contribute to sustainable growth and maintain high-value alliances for positive impact. The coordinator will be tasked with coordinating relationships with key partners to enhance external engagement and customer satisfaction through collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships. Additionally, the role involves fostering strong internal and external relationships and providing valuable reporting on prospective and existing industry alliances using our CRM capabilities.
Drawing on a detailed knowledge of academic and administrative policies, as well as strong organizational knowledge, the Strategic Alliances Coordinator will act as a liaison between partners and internal teams. This includes facilitating communication and project execution to ensure the success of key projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. These qualities will enable the coordinator to effectively coordinate people and processes to ensure that key projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
Strategic Alliances Coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining relevant comprehensive documentation to ensure all stakeholders are set up for success and aware of strategic objectives. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining and strengthening partnerships for the organization's continued growth and success.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Experience in project and event management and coordination
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritise and manage numerous tasks and deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields
