Regent College London is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English Tutors to join our vibrant academic team.

The Role

This hybrid role includes both face-to-face and online teaching, designed to provide exceptional learning experiences across our campuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials in line with the approved curriculum.
• Prepare and update teaching materials and manage the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
• Promote student engagement and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the academic experience.
• Design and assess coursework in line with college procedures.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Monitor and support student performance and engagement.
• Refer students to appropriate support services.
• Complete module evaluation reports and participate in programme reviews.
• Stay up to date with relevant scholarship and research.
• Collaborate with academic teams across disciplines.

What We’re Looking For

A qualified English language educator with teaching experience in academic settings. Strong knowledge of English for Academic Purposes (EAP). A student-focused mindset with a passion for teaching excellence. Flexibility to travel and work across multiple London campuses. Proficiency with digital platforms (e.g., MS Teams, VLEs).

Working Hours & Flexibility

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Some evening and weekend availability required. Must be flexible to travel to our London based campuses.
