About the role
Under the guidance of the Enquiry & Applicant Support Manager for Enquiries & Admissions Service, you will be required to support the delivery of a comprehensive, customer focused, integrated, cost effective and progressive enquiries & conversion provision. You will work as part of a team to develop and maintain effective working relationships with faculties and other departments in order to provide an effective and efficient service for enquiry management and conversion activity.
