(Primary Location for Job Responsibilities) Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.
Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating and attending activities in support of recruitment, advising, and enrollment services. Learns and maintains specific and extensive program knowledge, objectives, and career opportunities for assigned program verticals. Serves as liaison for the Registration and Program Departments to attain, convey and communicate information relating to program enrollment. Assists prospective students with selecting programs that are the best fit for their career objectives. Collaborates with multiple departments to improve the student experience from inquiry to enrollment. Creates, edits, merges, and registers students in enrollment CRM management systems. Responsible for records maintenance, document imaging, and processing record requests.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as point of contact for prospective students on information related to community and professional certificate programs
- Supports prospective student engagement by providing outreach and follow-up communication from inquiry through registration
- Field inbound calls and inquiries through digital channels (website, digital ads, directories, etc.) from prospective students
- Provides students with guidance and information regarding programs, costs, financial aid options, and career research
- Provides guidance to prospective students on the application process for financial assistance
- Enrolls applicants into courses of study beneficial to the students' career objectives
- Manages enrollment process including processing cash, checks, or credit cards when applicable
- Serves as a liaison between the department and funding offices to gather and validate information on students approved for a WIOA grant
- Creates, edits, merges, and registers students in enrollment management system
- Responsible for records maintenance, document imaging, and processing record requests.
- Processes refunds and/or transfers according to established guidelines, regulations, policies and/or procedures
- Collaborates with program managers and directors on improving processes and recruitment and marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Other Required Qualifications
Current, valid and unrestricted driver's license
Required Experience
Two (2) years related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Educational Qualifications
Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field
Preferred Experience
Experience working in advising and/or records management at an institution of higher education or similar field
Proposed Salary
The budgeted salary range for this role is $37,000-$45,000 annually. Offers are based on relevant experience.
