Job Summary
Reporting to the Sr. VP & Chief Strategy Officer, the Enrollment Analytics and Narrative Coordinator is an entry-level position responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting enrollment data; developing visual reports and dashboards; and translating data into clear, actionable narratives that support informed strategies for student recruitment, support, and retention.
Required Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present information clearly to different audiences.
- Experience working with data in everyday tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar applications — or willingness to learn quickly.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work products.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build positive working relationships.
- Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Related skills in visual communication, narrative structure, and audience-centered storytelling.
- Experience with data visualization or design tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Coursework or project experience involving research, visual storytelling, documentary production, or information design.
- Familiarity with higher education environments, whether through coursework, internships, or campus involvement.
- Experience writing or producing content for diverse audiences.
