The Enrollment Coach will be the main point of contact for prospective students, within specific academic programs, who are seeking to enroll at Butler. Using a caseload approach, they will guide students from inquiry to enrollment, facilitate the student’s transition to their academic advisor, and provide superior customer service to their external and internal constituents.This is a grant-funded position.

G. Availability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends.

H. Candidates should value professional development and performance coaching.

Required educational background

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
