Enrollment Communications Coordinator
Position Purpose
The Enrollment Communications Coordinator supports the execution of mid- to late-funnel enrollment communications within Tuck Admissions and Financial Aid. Working under the direction of the Associate Director of Enrollment Communications, this role ensures timely, accurate delivery of campaigns and communications that engage applicants, admitted students, and incoming students. The role manages partner contract logistics and performance reporting, supporting Tuck Admissions and Tuck Marketing and Communications collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and five years’ relevant experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure outcomes and implement improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM-based communications (Slate strongly preferred).
