Compiles, tabulates, and summarizes data from a variety of
sources.
Reviews documents to determine acceptability, accuracy, and
completeness of information. Corrects errors.
Processes transcript requests.
Inputs data in computer system. Composes documents or prepares
reports. Develops charts, graphs and tables of information.
Processes enrollment, degree, and withdrawal reports for
reporting to the State and Federal Governments (National Student
Clearinghouse).
Processes drops, adds, withdrawals, major/minor concentration
changes at the student’s requests.
Process and complete enrollment verification request.
Operates photocopiers, fax machines, and other standard office
equipment.
Codes information from source documents by applying
established, clearly defined codes.
Sorts and distributes mail. Prepares mail outs.
Prepares and proofreads documents. May determine format of
document.
Responds to inquiries regarding routine procedures and policies
to visitors, staff members, or students by telephone or in
person.
Assists front office receptionist with in-person
inquiries.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education
High school diploma or general equivalency education
Required Licensing/Certification
Valid Texas Driver’s license preferred.
