Major/Essential Functions
Oversees the initiation, classification, prioritization, planning, execution and closure processes for medium to small IT projects of moderate complexity, cost and risk.
Processes PMO project purchase requisitions.
Evaluates active IT projects for adherence to scope, schedule and budget.
Confirms work and certifies cabling invoices for individual work orders and projects.
Analyze, organize, and remit Wide Area Network (WAN) circuit invoices.
Produces specialized reports to identify performance trends and outcomes for measuring project success.

Experience using TTUHSC(Texas Tech Health Sciences Center) accounting and budgetary practices.
Understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures; Experience in preparation of fiscal and special reports.

Experience using Microsoft Office for project management.
